Download and install Reshade 4.9.1 for Direct3D, find your GTA 5 main/installation folder and choose GTA5.exe file, install all packs of effects.(Link to ReShade_Setup_4.9.1 - ). Delete any previous reshade files you have (reshade-shaders(the folder), dxgi.dll, dxgi.txt, ReShade.ini and all other preset files).
